Opening of schools delayed by 2 weeks
The Secretary of the Ministry of Education Sri lanka stated that considering the spread of Coronavirus(COVID-19) the commencing date of schools for the 3rd term will be postponed by 2 weeks.

Previously, it was decided that the third term of academic studies for all schools in Sri lanka would commence on November 9.
