Another 111 Coronavirus patients identified

Army Commander Lieutenant General Mr. Shavendra Silva stated that another 164 Coronavirus(COVID-19) cases reported today.

Forty three of them are from quarantine centers while 121 are close contacts of previous patients linked to Peliyagoda and Minuwangoda clusters.

The total number of cases from the clusters has increased to  7857 with this.

Thereby, a total of 275 new cases have been detected within the day so far.

Meanwhile the total number of Coronavirus(COVID-19) recoveries in the country has reached 5249 after  344 patients were discharged this morning.
